01

Requesting a return

KindPrice PetCare provides an online store for pet-care products, customer accounts, prescription submission choices, business registrations and order support. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

Contact support before sending an item back. Include the order number, product, reason and clear photos where useful. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

02

Eligibility review

Eligibility depends on product type, condition, packaging, safety, time since delivery and applicable law. Approved items must be returned using the instructions provided by KindPrice.

03

Medication and health-product restrictions

Prescription medication, opened products, temperature-sensitive products and items that cannot be safely restocked may be restricted from return. Contact support so the available remedy can be reviewed.

04

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Report the issue promptly and keep the item and packaging while the request is reviewed. Available remedies may include correction, replacement, refund or another solution required by applicable law.

05

Cancellations

Contact support immediately. An order can be cancelled only before processing or fulfilment makes cancellation impractical. Schedule & Save renewal orders that have already entered fulfilment are reviewed under the same product and safety rules.

06

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the available original payment method. Processing time after issuance is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution. Shipping charges are refunded only when approved or required by law.

07

Final-sale and non-returnable notices

Any product-specific restriction or final-sale condition should be displayed before purchase. These notices do not remove mandatory consumer remedies that apply to the transaction.
