Agreement and eligibility

KindPrice PetCare provides an online store for pet-care products, customer accounts, prescription submission choices, business registrations and order support. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Accounts and security

Customers are responsible for protecting sign-in details and for activity under their account. KindPrice may suspend access where necessary to investigate security, misuse, unpaid orders or false information.

Products, prices and availability

Descriptions, images, prices and inventory may change. A submitted order is an offer to purchase and remains subject to inventory, payment authorization, prescription validation where required and final acceptance.

Prescription-required products

A valid veterinary prescription must be supplied before a prescription-required product is released. At checkout the customer may upload it, email it to the pharmacy, or provide veterinarian clinic details. The order may be held or cancelled if the requirement is not satisfied.

Payments, taxes and Schedule & Save

The checkout shows product charges, applicable taxes, delivery and total cost before submission. For Schedule & Save, the first purchase is paid at checkout; the customer chooses the total purchase count and every future purchase date. Each future order requires payment through a secure payment link before fulfilment.

Business accounts

KPPC business applications require administrator approval. Approved customers may receive a customer-wide discount, product business price or exact customer-specific price while signed in. Pricing access may be changed if account eligibility changes.

Website use and intellectual property

Customers may use the website for lawful shopping and account purposes. Site content, branding and software may not be copied, interfered with or misused except as permitted by law.

Changes, errors and contact

Reasonable corrections may be made for errors, security or legal requirements. Material updates will appear on this page. Contact support before ordering if any term is unclear.
